We don't have a centralized factory. Our flower artisans work from their homes, scattered across various communities in India (West Bengal). To achieve the most beautiful and diverse floral designs, we carefully select skilled artisans from different regions. Handmade production relies on their unique skills and techniques, making each flower one-of-a-kind, like an art form. This decentralized production system may lead to higher transportation costs compared to other manufacturers.

Our hiring process operates as a social enterprise, aiming to support individuals in different communities, including both young and elderly artisans, by providing them with income opportunities. The key success of our business depends on these skilled artisans. We consider fair wages for them since excessively low wages would make it difficult for them to sustain themselves. It would compel them to seek higher-paying alternative jobs, particularly affecting the younger generation of artisans. Consequently, we sometimes face limitations in production as we rely more on elderly artisans who may have certain limitations.

As a result, we encounter issues such as delays, refusal of certain projects, or a preference for familiar and traditional work. These challenges hinder our business growth. To address this, we emphasize the importance of motivating artisans through reasonable wages. This approach helps us select responsible artisans who prioritize quality work, diverse projects, and timely delivery. By improving production efficiency, we can accelerate the growth of our business.
